Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Synorita platform (the "Service") operated by Synorita ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Synorita provides an AI-powered marketing platform. You may connect your third-party accounts (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Ads) to our Service. You grant us the necessary permissions to access these accounts for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service as described.

Our Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Synorita.

Your Property: You retain full ownership of all the data, content, and information you upload or connect to the Service, including your "AI Memory" data and your customer lists. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit this data as necessary to provide the Service to you.

5. Third-Party Services (AI Models)

Our Service integrates with and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Meta (for WhatsApp Business Platform), Google (for Gemini), and OpenAI (for ChatGPT). Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of these third-party services.

6. Fees and Payment

Our Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis as detailed on our Pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services you use. All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Synorita, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
